PILATES BY BRYONY

Bryony Deery is a Pilates teacher based in London, her Pilates journey began after she was in a car accident aged 17, her doctor advised Pilates to heal her injuries and regain her strength.

After 10 years of self-practice and trying many classes with an array of teachers, Bryony embarked on a teaching journey of her own, she wanted to create a session that served the body and didn’t break it down. Her goal was to curate classes to lengthen, strengthen, build flexibility, and ultimately help to heal the mind as-well as the body.

In 2022 Bryony launched Pilates By Bryony, which is available via the app store and online. With a curated, on demand video library you can follow Pilates by Bryony’s method, and choose from a range of videos to sculpt, tone and lengthen your body. Whether you have 5 or 45 minutes to dedicate that day there is something for everyone to practise anywhere and anytime. To help you stay consistent and focussed, there will be a new video release and live class with Bryony each week.

The Platform is ever expanding and will soon include Mind & Body Tutorials, Health & Wellness Discussions,  Nutritious, quick and easy recipes and exclusive guests and experts in their field.

Bryony’s method creates long lasting, deep results through lengthening, strengthening, and toning the body. Each session works to serve the mind and body helping you to feel stronger, happier, and healthier.

2022 also saw the opening of Bryony’s studio in Urban retreat, the referral only studio allows clients 1-1 access with Bryony, small group classes or personal training sessions with her highly trained teachers, Sophie, and Ellie.
